The company manufacture critical components for power transmission equipment used in drivetrain applications within Oil & Gas, Mineral Extraction, Mass Transit, Marine Propulsion and Metal Processing Sectors.

As a result of re-alignment, substantial investment and recent Defence contract wins, the need has arisen for an accomplished Master Scheduler to fine tune the drive for efficiencies.

• Creation of realistic production planning schedules ensuring availability of resources to balance demand and production thus maximising throughput.
• Accept responsibility of planning activities for both low value standard and higher value modified or bespoke items and push/pull through external and internal functions
• Focus on driving data integrity and process compliance across Planning, Procurement and Warehouse functions to increase OTIF
• Lead the operational inputs to the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning process to influence preparedness

• Will be a detail oriented professional with extensive MRP knowledge and the interpersonal skills to enhance cross-departmental communications.
• Conversant with Siemens Preactor software for mapping machine performance, ppm and manning levels to provide a real-time capacity plan.
• Ideally possess an expertise in advanced planning methods supported by a wider knowledge of Supply Chain practices
