- Based at the Global Centre of Excellence and assuming responsibility for all employee related issues across the European group of companies - 17 sites in 14 Countries with c 800 employees.
- Reporting to the Group Commercial Director, particular emphasis will be placed on the formulation and revision of policies and processes and promoting uptake at site senior management level.
- Devise strategies to drive an HR agenda which supports the overall aims of the organisation encompassing succession planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement and development.
- Will have expertise in current EU Employment Law, with working knowledge of the cultural idiosyncrasies of Germany and Holland, alongside practical experience of Central and Eastern zones.
- Astute in Human Capital planning you should be capable of advising the Board on legal compliance and IR matters to enable risk mitigation in the strategic decision making process.
- You have a natural tendency to bring about efficiency improvements across all direct functions and the interpersonal skills to enhance inter-departmental communications.
