• Initiate and implement the development of improvement programmes relevant to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
• Conduct risk assessments and drive efficiencies to reduce near miss incidents and increase environmental standards awareness
• Produce appropriate reports and paperwork to achieve and maintain fully compliant status
• Promote EHS culture across the facility via adherence to corporate process and procedure

• Should have a solid grounding in an engineering environment and be fully conversant with COSHH and RIDDOR regulations
• Must possess strong change and improvement skills supported by experience introducing revised working practices
• Familiar with needs analysis and training recommendations within a CI framework
• A proactive professional who takes ownership and accepts responsibility to contribute to corporate strategy
